"The Servant III" is a 4x6" abstract watercolor representation of the Enneagram personality Type 2 with a Type 1 wing.

My technique for this collection was to paint several pieces of paper with plain water first, and then to add in color from a paint-filled brush to the water, letting the colors flow organically and settle wherever they wanted. I then went back after the paint dried and carefully considered where to place each stroke of the wing colors. I love the gold and indigo on this one, like flashes of light across a storm-laden sky.
 
With hand-deckled edges, this painting would look amazing in a floater frame or shadow box!
